About

Entrepreneur, author, and the revolutionary “get rich slow” anti-guru, MJ DeMarco not long ago lived with his mother, mopped floors, and sought the dream like so many others: the dream to live free from bosses, free from 9-5 jobs, and free from life mediocrity. Through rigorous years of self-study, countless errors and failures, MJ uncovered the real essence of wealth, dreams, and was able to retire YOUNG in his thirties without sacrificing lifestyle. (Yes, he drinks Starbucks coffee, drives exotic cars, and rarely clips coupons! OMG!) He lives in beautiful Phoenix Arizona and enjoys traveling, dining, writing, softball, working out and obviously, has a fanatical passion for the Lamborghini marquee. Rumor has it, he doesn’t own a suit, nor a tie.

Awesome idea for a book! Can’t wait to read it!

I live in Tukee too and I’m from Chicago. Yes, moved here too because of the yucky, depressing weather :)

  4. YES… I just finished reading the book. GREAT information… well structured. As a 5-time author, patented inventor, and having National Geographic Channel produce a documentary “Money Factory” regarding an infamous and historical part of my life, I’m trying to contact MJ regarding a Joint Venture on some of my books (well sold thus far) and inventions from my extensive portfolio.

It’s very difficult to meet a fellow entrepreneur, even in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (my home at the beach) LAND OF LAMBOS… 200 ft from my home is a Ferrari and Lambo showroom with these cars driven as daily errand vehicles.

MJ… please call me at 954.565.8045 EST till midnight or write to me at waynevdennis@msn.com. Google my FULL name: Wayne Victor Dennis. I have many credentials that may amaze you.

    Thank you.

    Cordially,

    Wayne Victor Dennis

I have had the Fastlane book for about 10 months now, and I feel it is a life changer. I don’t know the demographics of those who have purchased the book, but I would be willing to bet that I am among the older ones (late 40′s), who has done more than his share of slow-lane driving (with a dash of sidewalkin’). Being a Midwest youngster in the 70′s, there was nothing to witness outside of the blue-collar, ‘dollars for hours’ existence. In the eighties, it was much of the same. The only ones living large were junk bond brokers on Wall Street and ‘hair metal’ bands off of the Sunset Strip. Still, beyond the grasp of the average guy. And there was this Richard Branson guy starting to make a splash :) But I was never cognizant of the fact that there were people who have chosen a different path, until being ‘let go’ of a job that I had for about a decade. To make things worse, I was already in the process of completing a formal education late in life (yes, I had a moment of weakness…brain was still hard-wired to the old ways), and so at this point, I become buried in debt with no source of income. The typical trappings you speak of. I began to read (with my new abundance of free time) everything on money and success. I was discouraged by a guy (author’s name I can’t recall) who said that if you’re over 40, then your chances of any success are over. I have no choice but to reject that notion. I’ve read all of the ‘gurus’ (including the 4 hour guy), and finally came across the goldmine that is The Millionaire Fastlane. Though I have many obstacles in front of me, I am confident that I can put this knowledge and mindset to work. This material spoke to me and breathed life into an almost broken spirit. I have read hundreds of books in my lifetime, and the ones with real substance have brought me back twice. I’ve read the Fastlane five times. It is carrying me through my first stages of entrepreneurship, and for that, I cannot thank you enough. I feel like I have a second chance, and that’s all I can ask for. Though I am lumbering through the Slowlane as of this moment, I use the experience as fuel for my creative and innovative fire, and everyday is one step closer to crossing over to a self-sustaining life. Thanks again for sharing your brilliant observations. When I get that Winter pad in Scottsdale (visited in 2008 and loved it), I’ll have to buy you a beer.
Best of luck on all of your future endeavors!
